Kurt Theodore OD

Owner & Founder

Kurt Theodore OD attended The Ohio State University where he majored in chemistry and received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1987. He has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 1989.

Toni Licata OD

Optometrist

Toni Licata OD, a Tampa native, has practiced for over 25 years, with an emphasis on primary care and contact lenses. Dr. Licata started in an ophthalmology specialty clinic in south Tampa where she practiced for 15 years before becoming self-employed for over 9 years and has now joined Dr Kurt Theodore’s PA.
